Managing Secure Servers

Follow these steps to register your servers with Osto and enable secure, brokered access.

Adding a Secure Server

  1. Navigate to Secure Server Access from the main menu.

  2. Click Add a Secure Server.

  3. Enter a unique, identifiable name for the server.

  4. Click Generate. Osto will create a unique installation script.

  5. Copy the generated command.

  6. Execute the command in the terminal of your Linux-based system.

  7. Upon successful execution, the server will be registered and visible in your Osto dashboard.

Editing a Secure Server

  1. Navigate to Secure Server Access.

  2. Select the server you wish to edit.

  3. Update the required details, such as its name.

  4. Click Save.

Deleting a Secure Server

  1. Select the server you wish to remove.

  2. Click Delete.

Warning: Deleting a secure server will permanently remove it from Osto and revoke all associated access configurations and policies.
